Chelsea Building Society
The abovementioned name came into being in 1971. It merged with the Catholic Building Society in 2008. There was then a further merger that took place in early 2010 with the Yorkshire Building Society.
The Chelsea Building Society provides a range of different mortgages, and these include a 2 year fixed rate mortgage.
They provide products for both new borrowers and for their existing customers. And they provide fixed rate and tracker mortgages. They have useful tools such as a mortgage calculator and other information on purchasing a home which for most people is of course the biggest single financial purchase of their lives.
They also have information on things like buildings and contents insurance, mortgage payment protection and mortgage life insurance.
