Clydesdale Bank Mortgages
It is part of the National Austalia Bank, being a subsidiary of that institution.
It is the third largest clearing bank in Scotland, and it has some branches in London in addition to the North of England.
Yorkshire Bank which trades under its own name is actually itself part of the Clydesdale Bank, and it can issue its own banknotes for use in Scotland.
The bank dates back to 1838 when it was founded in Glasgow, and for a time was part of Midland Bank until it was sold to the National Australia Bank.
Their website has a repayment calculator so that you can easily find out how much your monthly repayments would be with their fixed rate mortgages.
They do have several different types of mortgage products, which include fixed rate mortgages, offset mortgages, current account mortgages, buy to let and second home mortgages.
Unusually perhaps they even have a section on spanish mortgages and also new build property mortgages, so clearly they have an extensive range of different mortgage products available.
