There is information on all of these and also on the energy performance certificate from their website... this is a document that as of 1st October 2008 landlors legally are required to provide to their respective tenants for the property that they let.
Their site has a tariff of charges PDF which is useful to compare and contrast the charges, together with mortgage calculators that help you work out how much you can borrow and what your repayments will be based on the interest rate you enter, and the term of the mortgage.
