Home Mover Explained

This refers to a person who is moving straight from one property to another, in other words selling one property and then purchasing another. You may have heard the phrase of an onward chain, whereby one person buying is selling their home and needs to sell in order to get the money to buy the new house, hence creating a chain of buyers of sellers.
