Service fee Explained
In this glossary you will see that unfortunately there are various different fees that you can be charged relating to your mortgage, and at all different stages of the lifecycle of the mortgage, whether setting it up or even once you've finished paying it off.
One common fee is a service fee, which is a generic name for various different account services that the mortgage lender performs at the request of the person that holds the mortgage.
