Buying in a Village Might be a Good Investment
However with more and more people in central areas feeling isolated and lacking that sense of community that many realy crave, villages are making something of a comeback.
Many people feel a yearning for that sense of belonging and identity that comes with being part of a tight knit community and one of the few ways left to get that these days is by living in one of those villages.
And indeed if you do belong to such a community where everyone knows everybody else, you might not realise that this is something many people are actively seeking. The net result of this? That buying property and living in such a village might actually be quite a good idea, and with more and more people expecting to seek such a lifestyle in the coming years with the baby boomers starting to retire en masse and many looking for such a life, then buying a property now in a nice little village could actually be a rather good investment.
