Benefits and property...

It can be quite hard to work out in the UK about your benefits, what types of benefits you are eligible for.

Working out the various elements to do with houses and housing benefits can also be confusing, for those who are over 60 there is lots of useful information about this at age concern.

On this page here http://www.ageconcern.entitledto.co.uk/start.aspx there is a benefits calculator including property and housing costs so if you have any concerns about your property/housing then this might be well worth taking the time to look at and fill in.

Again that's another good like there Mary.

You don't work for age concern do you with those links

On a serious note, I think it would be an excellent idea to compile a list of useful links and resources on this sort of useful material that is freely available on the internet for people who want a quick list of useful resources to look at without having to do the research themselves.
