Buying in Germany...

Germany is not one of the most popular locations with Brits looking to buy property overseas, but that said it is nowhere near the bottom of the list either.

Despite not being as popular as Spain and France, there are a reasonable number of people that purchase property here each year.

The cost varies of course from location to location quite considerably, but Germany is considered to have one of the most stable housing markets in terms of pricing.

To buy a decent house here would probably cost you on average around £215,000.
