It has been said that if you are going to buy in Brazil then sooner rather than later is the order of the day.
With them having the Olympics and also the world cup in the relative near future then it seems clear that there are going to be big interest in the country in the coming years, and this could have a knock on impact on property prices as a result.

If you want a really nice place near the beach then it is going to cost you around £300,000, so again the property prices here may be more than you think though of course that is for a rather nice location.
