House prices in Sweden...

Thinking of buying in Sweden?

It is not actually that popular a location with Brits looking to buy abroad.

Partly that is simply because we tend to buy in places that are classically thought to be hot and have a nice climate: the likes of the south of France and of course most of Spain and other Southern European countries as opposed to colder Northern ones.

The average house price in Sweden is roughly around the £150,000, whilst of course in particularly popular areas like Stockholm you could comfortably be paying around the £250,000 mark.
