If you do invest in property with other people in whatever capacity then you need to go into it with your eyes wide open.

The fact is that whilst we all think friendships will remain and that people want the same thing, there are hundred and one reasons why things don't work out.

The upshot is then if you are going to go into property investment with someone else ensure that you have watertight contracts in place drawn up with a legal expert for everything that you do. Whilst it might seem to be a large expense of money, it is even worse if you don't have any protection and things go wrong and you lose everything!
