Is it a good time to sell?...

I've been reading several reports on this in the various newspapers over the weekend, and there is no doubt that there are mixed opinions on this issue.

The best advice actually seems to be:

- it depends on your situation
- it depends where you are

Certainly for those who are struggling to meet payments that they have to make at the moment, it could be a good time to sell. The rationale is that prices have held up well so you should get a good price at the moment, and with interest rates and therefore mortgage repayments only possibly going to go up, when they do it will be very hard for many to meet those higher payments.

So there does seem to be some logic that says, if these are your circumstances, to sell up now and realise the value of the home. But of course each situation is different so what makes sense for one may not make nearly as much sense for another!

I am not sure that 'is it a good time to sell' should be the question but more along the lines of 'How do you sell to get the best solution for me right now'

Should i sell online, by auction or the more traditional high street agent as all of these routes could bring about very different end results financially and of course form a speed perspective

Ya as the price is rising you can sell get a large amount of profit and can get the large source of income .
