Whilst it may not be the number one destination of choice for UK citizens, there are quite a few people who move to New Zealand each year.

Of all the places around the world, the climate and lifestyle is not too different from the UK.

So what are house prices like here?

Well a decent three bedroom house in most places would be around £90,000 to £110,000.

Of course in key locations and main cities etc, then you would expect to pay upwards of £250,000 for the same. But generally property prices are lower than in the UK for a given type of property.
