The emergency budget and your mortgage...

Does anyone have any predictions yet on the emergency budget and what it will contain that will affect home owners or those looking to get onto the property ladder for the first time?

It seems certain that there will be some policies and changes of government policy from that in the Labour budget that will have some sort of impact but just what that impact is and how wide ranging is as yet unclear.
