The future for equity release...

Whilst the overall 'expert' sentiment is that the future for property prices is by no means certain, surveys seem to consistently show that the public is more optimistic.

Indeed most people expect house prices to continue rising and think that property will therefore continue to be a good investment.

Because of predicted rises it is said in recent times that the future for equity release is quite rosy, but whether this actually turns out to be true is, as ever, simply something that we'll have to wait and see about.
